These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and gxgwin ("gxgwin," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the gxgwin website located at https://gxgwin.one and all associated services, games, promotions, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by gxgwin, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

gxgwin reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by gxgwin may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

To access real-money games and services on the gxgwin Platform, you must register a player account. The following rules apply to all gxgwin accounts:

1. One Account Per Person: Each individual may register only one gxgwin account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.
2. Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gxgwin account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. gxgwin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security.
4. Identity Verification (KYC): gxgwin is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed.
5. Account Closure: You may request the closure of your gxgwin account at any time by contacting our support team. gxgwin reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

All financial transactions on the gxgwin Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits: gxgwin accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfer through major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits may also be available. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your gxgwin account instantly or within a short processing period depending on the payment method used.

Prohibited Funding Methods: gxgwin strictly prohibits the use of credit cards for gambling deposits, in compliance with Philippine regulations. The use of cryptocurrency of any kind — including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, or any other digital asset — is also strictly prohibited. Any deposit made using a prohibited payment method will be reversed and the associated account may be suspended.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to identity verification. gxgwin reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method. gxgwin is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

Anti-Money Laundering: gxgwin is committed to full compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. gxgwin reserves the right to report any suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) and to freeze accounts pending investigation without prior notice.

gxgwin offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to registered players who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion. gxgwin reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the specific promotion terms. Players must meet the wagering requirement within the validity period of the bonus.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in the cancellation of all associated bonuses.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements have been fully met.
• gxgwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a dispute regarding a bonus, gxgwin's decision shall be final and binding.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus terms — including but not limited to bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or the use of automated software — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may result in account closure.

All games available on the gxgwin Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

Random Number Generation: All non-live casino games on the gxgwin Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in real time and are subject to the rules of the respective game as displayed on screen.

Malfunction Policy: In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error, gxgwin reserves the right to void any affected game round and return the applicable stake to the player's account. gxgwin shall not be liable for any losses arising from game malfunctions beyond the return of the original stake.

Disputed Results: If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must notify gxgwin support within 72 hours of the disputed game round. gxgwin will investigate the matter and its decision shall be final. Claims submitted after 72 hours may not be considered.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gxgwin Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or its games.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or any other form of cheating or fraudulent play.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such exploit must be reported to gxgwin immediately. Failure to report a known exploit constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the gxgwin Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing gxgwin staff, support agents, or other players.
• Depositing funds using a payment method that does not belong to you or that you are not authorized to use.

gxgwin is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players on the Platform. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we actively provide tools and resources to help players maintain control over their gaming activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered gxgwin players directly from their account dashboard:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the gxgwin Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from gxgwin.
• Use any gxgwin trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of gxgwin's intellectual property may result in legal action. If you believe that any content on the Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at the details provided in Section 14.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, gxgwin, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the gxgwin Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical errors, game malfunctions, or Platform downtime.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment processors.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service offered thereon.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform.

gxgwin's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your gxgwin account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude gxgwin's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

gxgwin collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. By registering an account and using the gxgwin Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of customer support. gxgwin does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification service providers as required for the operation of the Platform and compliance with applicable law.

Your continued use of the gxgwin Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and gxgwin, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting gxgwin's customer support team. gxgwin will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. For matters falling within the regulatory jurisdiction of PAGCOR, the applicable PAGCOR dispute resolution procedures shall apply.
